  • want to lead the relationship, and take on responsibility for making things work
  • have relationships which promote constant growth and learning
  • approach conflict as an opportunity for growth and learning
  • enjoy being told that they are loved and appreciated, they don’t need to hear these types of avowals as often as most other type
  • be able to leave relationships without looking back
  • be able to turn conflict situations into positive lessons
  • usually have strong affections and sentimental streaks
